Highlighting the dynamic and creative energy of Doug Fraley, flowers de moon combines mesmerizing vocals with trippy, electronic melodies & grooves to create a unique sound that is intricate and technical without losing any emotional edge. flowers de moon emerged from Doug's desire to experiment with cross-genre songwriting.

His sound transcends classic genre lines, merging indie pop, funk, psych and jazz, to make songs that are modern, addictive and groovy.

Doug now fronts the project as vocalist and producer, on occasion featuring collaborators such as Olivia Price (vocals, lyrics), Kevin Vose (saxophone, keyboard), and more. Doug has been creating new music in anticipation of his Los Angeles debut and following live performances. flowers de moon is excited to release some new tunes after the grassroots success of the 2016 EP, “Depression Smiles Chaos Winks”, having had notable success in the college radio sphere, reaching #136 on the NACC Top 200. flowers de moon has also received wide press features from Indie Shuffle to the front page of LA’s The Deli. Doug's style continues to evolve as he takes on vocals and all musical facets of flowers de moon.
